Returns

In the event that you are not satisfied with the Perfumes Capital Products purchased exclusively from the website, please contact our Customer Service at info@perfumescapital.com or via WhatsApp at +971 54 307 2097‬.

You may exercise your right to return Products purchased on the Website within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

The Products must be returned in their original condition and in their complete original packaging, unopened and sealed, along with any accessories associated with the Products (including promotional gifts, if any).

Perfumes Capital reserves the right to determine whether returned Products are in their original condition. Products that are incomplete, damaged, broken, unsealed, used, or worn will not be eligible for a refund.

Perfumes Capital shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay in shipment, or delivery to an incorrect address for any returned item. Responsibility remains with the customer based on their chosen courier or shipping method.

If you exercise your right to return the Products, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping fees, within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you notify us of your intention to cancel. However, we reserve the right to withhold any refund until the goods have been returned or proof of return has been provided, whichever occurs first.

Once the returned Products are received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout.

The right to cancel and return only applies to Products purchased exclusively from the Website and does not apply to purchases made at physical retail locations.


Easy Return Process

1. Initiate a Return

Go to the My Orders page/screen and click Return Item.

2. Schedule Pick-up

A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier partners.

3. Return the Item

Hand over the package in its original sealed condition to the courier representative.

Important: Due to hygiene and quality control standards, any perfume or cosmetic product that has been opened, sprayed, tested, unsealed, or used will not be eligible for return or refund.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will proceed with your refund.
